Type of cooperation: Full-time/remote

Project:

A platform on AWS that receives PDFs of medical reports and processes them to generate, for each report of a specific patient, a chatbot with videos and messages. This chatbot will allow the patient to learn more about their results.

Your responsibilities will be:

As a Business Analyst:

-Thoroughly understand customer and user needs to offer solutions better than the customer imagined.

- Accept other people's ideas when they are better.

- Understand technical and budgetary constraints to offer feasible solutions.

- Document decisions concisely and clearly.

- Communicate directly with the customer, clarify and formalize requirements.

- Verify requirements with various stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs.

- Develop and communicate clear visions of the products aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

- Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs to ensure they reflect the evolving needs of the products.

- Define acceptance criteria and user stories outlining desired outcomes and functionalities of the products.

- Facilitate communication, provide progress updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations to ensure alignment.

- Manage a team of up to 5-7 people, plan tasks and releases.

- Develop realistic and achievable project schedules and constantly monitor their implementation.

- Have a basic understanding of how databases work and are organized.

- Understand the basic principles of technologies and architectures used in the project for effective communication with technical teams.

As a Project Manager:

- Launch new projects, including kick-offs with the client and team, and create a communication plan.

- Transfer project information from the sales office to Heads of Offices.

- Facilitate the determination of team members for projects with Heads of Offices.

- Create job descriptions for new positions.

- Make hiring decisions.

- Train necessary technical and soft skills for the project team.

- Achieve project KPIs.

- Manage the project budget, considering resource costs, obligations, and expense forecasting.

- Understand basic principles of Project Management, including Team Composition, PNL, Time Tracking, and Reporting.

- Solve problems related to the team and customer.

- Effectively respond to changes in project requirements and the business environment.

- Offer new ideas and methods to improve product efficiency and competitiveness.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Handle customer upsale opportunities.

- Ensure backlogs are refined and updated.

- Monitor project schedules and implementation.

- Provide progress updates and gather feedback to keep everyone on the same page.

 

Our requirements to you:

- 2+ years of experience as PM/BA in an outsourcing company. 

- Upper intermediate / Advanced English level.

As a Business Analyst:

- Experience in building roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management.

- Data visualization skills to build mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes, etc.

- Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- Ability to use project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document information.

- Strong communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders.

- Experience and understanding of pre-sale process.

- Project scope decomposition preparation.

- Project scope estimation.

- Strong experience in User Stories preparation, Acceptance Criteria documentation, and approval with the client.

- Change Requests management.

- Strong understanding of business flows, processes, and purpose.

- Experience in UI/UX design review based on prepared requirements and correction of them.

- Ability to simplify solutions when clients try to bring complex requirements for the project.

- Risk management.

 

As a Project Manager:

You can be part of the following team: Fullstack Lead, 2 Fullstack Devs, QA, DevOps (part-time), PM/BA.
