Your responsibilities will be:

 

- Communicates directly with the customer to clarify and formalize requirements, discusses them with the team, and is responsible for implementation.

- Develops and communicates clear visions of products that align with overall business goals and objectives.

- Manages the team, plans tasks and releases, develops realistic project schedules, and constantly monitors their implementation.

- Defines acceptance criteria and user stories that outline the desired outcomes and functionalities of the products.

- Effectively responds to changes in project requirements and the business environment while offering new ideas to improve product efficiency.



Our requirements to you:

 

- 1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company. 

- Upper-intermediate English level.

- Experience in building roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management.

- Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- Ability to use project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document information.

- Strong communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders.

- Project scope decomposition preparation.

- Project scope estimation.

- Team composition - at least a high-level understanding of how to compose a Team.

- Strong experience of User Stories preparation, Acceptance Criteria documentation and approval with client.

- Change Requests management.

- Risks management.

- Launch of a new project - kick-off with client and team, communication plan, etc..

- Problem-solving on the project (team, customer).

- Achieving project KPIs.

- Building relationships with clients.
