A Free-To-Play Social Casino project from scratch. The project aims to create an innovative Free-To-Play Social Casino that changes people's thoughts about gaming while adhering to high ethical standards and legal norms. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. The platform uses virtual rewards instead of traditional gambling elements, providing players with virtual coins to enhance their experience. This approach includes features such as competitive tournaments & challenges, a diverse selection of games, integrated rewards and LUXE Club the VIP Loyalty Program. The user-friendly design provides an intuitive interface that emphasizes the advantages and benefits of the platform.

Type of cooperation: Full-time remote

Your responsibilities on the project will be:

- Analyzing, evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of payments;

- Keeping the due dates for payments (as far away as possible);

- Maintenance and support of current payment flows, as well as cooperation with internal teams, aimed at further improving conversion and reducing conflict situations with users;

- Participation in the reconciliation of transactions with external providers of payment services and payment reporting;

- Participation in the establishment of relations, compliance and adaptation to new providers of payment services;

- Implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing the cost of payments, optimizing the performance of payments (acceptance rate) and the flow of funds;

- Cooperation with internal technical teams to ensure business continuity and reduce the number of errors in payment processing;

- Assist in the resolution of escalations or issues affecting customers and drive projects to improve customer experience;

- Participate in creating or revising existing policies, complying with and implementing directives, and reviewing system improvements.

Our requirements to you:

- 5+ years of experience in finance department; 

- 3+ years of experience as a finance manager in gambling;

- Proficient in comprehending all aspects of Profit and Loss statements and departmental expenditures;

- Experience extending payment due dates as much as feasible from the payment initiation date (Debit).

- Experience in communicating with banks and payment providers

- Deep understanding of Compliance, OFAC/AML, KYC, and Risk Awareness;

- Experience in acquiring Merchant IDs;

- Experience working with QuickBooks Online(or similar platforms);

​​- Ability to work at a fast pace, manage strategic and tactical projects, and set priorities to meet business needs effectively;

- Experience working with credit card chargebacks and risk mitigation.

- Upper-intermediate English level.
